Smithy’s Anvil is a website about making custom guitar lessons to be used for the game Rocksmith on the PC/Xbox and PS3.

Rocksmith is the first and only game that you can plug into any real guitar or bass with a 1/4″ output jack. Nothing plastic, nothing fake, just the most authentic and complete guitar experience in music gaming. By plugging into your PC, you’ll develop real skills and real styles while playing absolutely real music.

I’ve been playing a bit with the .sng files in Rocksmith\Songs\GRExports\Generic, which contain the tabulatures for each arrangement in a binary format. I managed to change some notes in a Technique challenge. If it’s of help to anyone, I can probably figure out a bit more about how this format works.
I am however lost on how custom audio files can be played in the game, since they use this weird wwise/rifx/ogg format.
